Two Ways Breakfast Toast

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now I am far from a morning person, but if I’m going to eat breakfast I’m going to make sure I enjoy it. I’ve loved avocado on toast for years, and it’s so simple to make. The topping ideas are endless so it’s  easy to change it up. For me it is really filling to so it keeps me going through to lunch, which I think is really important. Here’s what I use:

Toast | Millet Bread

Avocado | Avocado, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Vegetable Boullion

Toppings | Feta, Grilled Prosciutto, Chilli Flakes | Radishes, Pepper, Boiled Egg

Also if you haven’t tried avocado and marmite together on toast- your missing out!
