Two Ways Breakfast Toast

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now I am far from a morning person, but if I’m going to eat breakfast I’m going to make sure I enjoy it. I’ve loved avocado on toast for years, and it’s so simple to make. The topping ideas are endless so it’s ¬†easy to change it up. For me it is really filling to so it keeps me going through to lunch, which I think is really important. Here’s what I use:

Toast | Millet Bread

Avocado | Avocado, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Vegetable Boullion

Toppings | Feta, Grilled Prosciutto, Chilli Flakes | Radishes, Pepper, Boiled Egg

Also if you haven’t tried avocado and marmite together on toast- your missing out!
